City of Decorah issued the following announcement on October 19.
Notice is hereby given by the City of Decorah is accepting proposals in response to the City’s Request for Proposals (RFP) for application to the Iowa Economic Development Authority’s Downtown Housing Grant. The city is seeking a private developer/building owner to partner with the city in preparing and submitting an application. The Downtown Housing Grant provides grant dollars up to $600,000 for the creation of upper story residential units in the city’s Downtown District.
