Bundle up and get some vitamin D! Join Decorah Public Library for an outdoor storytime and exploration stations at Phelps Park (shelter 1). Children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult. In the case of inclement weather, this program will be held at the library. Weather dependent. No registration required.
