Winneshiek County Memorial Hospital recently issued the following announcement.
Heavenly Made Gift Shop, Decorah, raised $2000 for Winneshiek Medical Center Foundation during the month of October.
The gift was recently used to purchase educational materials to help patients understand common breast pathologies, and models to help patients understand what a breast lump might feel like.
Additionally, the funds supported breast health literature for patients and a department display to promote cancer detection methods.
