Of the 382 people living in Fort Atkinson in 2020, 49.5 percent (189) were women and 50.5 percent (193) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the NE Iowa News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 11. In the 65 and over age range, there were 45 females and 39 males.
