On Tuesday, October 4th at 5:30PM, a public meeting regarding Oelwein's comprehensive plan will be held at the Oelwein Public Library. The meetings will include an information session, SWOT analysis, and demonstration of online engagement tools including a crowdsource map, website, and survey. Public comments are welcome.
