The City of Oelwein is now accepting applications for the Downtown Improvement Program to help businesses continue to make Oelwein's downtown district one of a kind.
Downtown Buildings are eligible for funding on renovation, reconstruction, updating, maintenance, façade improvement, and upper story housing. Downtown Buildings are properties within the Downtown Tax Increment Financing district.
Applications are due February 24 at 4:30 PM. Please see the supporting documents below for full details and the application.
