Keynote Address of Dream Week 2023:
Dr. Ron Ferguson will speak about the mandate and risks of engaging in equity work and offer a powerful call for action.
He teaches sociology at Ridgewater College, (Willmar, MN) where he offers courses in areas such as racialization and social inequality.
In addition to teaching, he serves as one of Minnesota State’s Equity and Inclusion Coordinators.
In this capacity, he facilitates system-wide initiatives to promote educational equity and belonging.
Supported by the Williams Endowment Fund for the Martin Luther King, Jr. Lecture.
