City of Elma recently issued the following announcement.
AV Halloween costume march
When: Sunday, 25 October, 4PM – 7PM
Where: AV Municipal Hall
Description: There will be a kid's Halloween parade/march in front of the Hall, no judging of costumes this year. Treat bags will be handed out. AV town trick or treating will follow for those who choose to participate.
